Refunds & Cancellations

All orders are custom made to order. Therefore, we do not issue refunds or cancellations once your order is placed. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

Due to sanitary reasons and our made-to-order policy, we do not accept exchanges. Once an item is out of our hands, we cannot take it back.

Sizing Information

All sizing for T-shirts, crew necks, and hoodies are unisex and true to size. For an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Processing Time

Custom orders may take 1-4 weeks to process, as each item is made to order. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or phone, based on your selection at checkout. Please note that Jenbuny Threadz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact USPS/UPS directly for assistance.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it within 7 days, please reach out to your local USPS/UPS office for assistance.

Liability

Jenbuny Threadz is not liable for issues that arise after shipment, including lost packages in transit, incorrect addresses, or stolen packages.
